Who I am

I work with one clear focus — precision. My care is grounded in the Gonstead Method, a world-class approach that leaves nothing to guesswork and delivers results that last. I am currently the only practitioner in Portugal listed on the official registry of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, offering a level of analysis and accuracy rarely available in the country.

My path here has been shaped by years of learning from the best. I hold a Master’s in Chiropractic from Health Science University in the UK (formerly AECC University College), a PGCert in Veterinary Chiropractic from the IAVC, and completed advanced sports injury mentorship with the Federation Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport (FICS). On top of that, I have invested over 200 hours in advanced Gonstead seminars — dedicated exclusively to refining precision in spinal analysis and adjustment.

Over the years, I’ve treated hundreds of patients across Europe, from athletes to everyday individuals, through both private practice and humanitarian mission trips. In Hungary, I built one of the most sought-after Gonstead practices in Central Europe, introducing a standard of precision care that was previously unavailable. I continue to travel for advanced seminars, staying at the cutting edge of precision-based care.

My approach is holistic, prevention-, and performance-driven — focused on finding and correcting the true cause of problems rather than chasing symptoms. Now based in Portugal, my goal is simple: to raise the standard of manual therapy, where precision is not a luxury — it’s the baseline.
