This is what happens when you come in

Not symptom management. Not temporary relief. A precise assessment of what’s causing the problem and a clear plan to correct it.
TIMLER | Quiropraxia Gonstead
How can I help you?
I help people of all ages restore their health and function. Whether it’s adults worn down by stress and pain, women preparing for pregnancy, children with posture issues, older people wanting to improve their mobility, or athletes chasing peak performance.
Science shows that chronic stress forces the body into a constant flight-or-fight state, something humans were not designed to sustain. The persistent “emergency mode” disrupts the fine balance of the nervous system weakening the immune system, reducing the body’s ability to recover, affecting spinal function and leading to a wide range of symptoms. That’s why so many medical visits today are linked to stress and lifestyle factors.
Instead of simply chasing pain or symptoms, my goal is to restore the balance in the body by correcting the interference between the spine and nervous system. Using the Gonstead method — a system known for its precise analysis and specific adjustments — I help restore clear brain-body communication, improve function, and strengthen your natural ability to handle stress and build lasting health.
What to expect
Here’s exactly what happens, from your first visit to your care plan
Initial consultation
We start by understanding your full picture — not just where it hurts, but how long it’s been there, what you’ve tried, and what hasn’t worked. By the end of this conversation you’ll already have more clarity about your situation than most people get from a standard appointment. And I’ll know whether I’m genuinely the right person to help you.
Assessment
I’ll take you through a detailed evaluation which includes:
- An in-depth spinal examination
- Posture analysis
- When necessary, a recommendation for X-rays to get a more precise understanding of your health
Then we move straight into your first adjustment — so you leave the same day already moving in the right direction.
Your Report of Findings is a separate visit — it also includes your second adjustment. That’s where I walk you through everything I found, and you’ll learn three things:
- What is causing your problem
- Why it’s been happening
- What we’re going to do about it
Follow up visits
Once your care plan is agreed, your follow up visits are focused entirely on progress.
The number and frequency depends on:
- How long the problem has been present
- Your lifestyle and overall health
- What your health goals are
Everyone responds differently. Your plan is built around your specific case — not a standard template
Everything you want to know before you come in
What are your normal fees?
The first step is a free 20-minute consultation — no charge, no commitment.
The first full visit is €130. This includes your complete evaluation, first adjustment, and recommendations.
Follow-up visits are €60. Most patients choose the care package — 10 visits for €550, bringing the per-visit cost to €55.
There’s no obligation to commit upfront. We discuss what makes sense for your specific case after the assessment.
I've tried chiropractic before and it didn't work — why would this be different?
Most chiropractic takes a general approach — adjusting multiple areas of the spine and hoping something improves. Gonstead is different in one fundamental way: instead of treating the whole spine, I identify the specific vertebra that’s causing the problem and correct only that.
If you’ve tried chiropractic before and didn’t get lasting results, it’s likely the source was never precisely identified. That’s not a failure of chiropractic — it’s a different method asking a different question.
Gonstead asks: exactly where is this coming from? Everything else follows from that answer.
Will I get adjusted on the first day?
Yes — we get started right away. As long as I understand the nature of your problem and there are no safety concerns, your first adjustment happens at the first full visit.
Is it safe? Will it hurt?
Gonstead adjustments are precise and specific — only the segment that needs correcting is adjusted. Nothing else is touched.
Most people feel immediate relief or a reduction in tension. Some experience mild soreness in the first 24 hours as the body adapts — similar to how muscles feel after new exercise. This is normal and passes quickly.
Serious complications from chiropractic are exceptionally rare. The assessment before any adjustment exists specifically to identify anything that would make treatment inadvisable. If I have any concern about safety, I won’t adjust — and I’ll tell you why.
How many sessions will I need?
Every body responds differently — there’s no honest way to give you a fixed number before we’ve even started.
What I can tell you is this: my goal is to get you back to your life as quickly as possible. I’ll always work as efficiently as I can to get you to where you want to be.
After the assessment I’ll explain the typical intervals at which bodies respond and what progress usually looks like. From there we move forward together — adjusting as we go based on how you’re actually responding, not a predetermined plan.
What if you can't help me?
If after the assessment I don’t believe chiropractic is the right solution for your case — I’ll tell you clearly and directly.
There’s no benefit to either of us in continuing treatment that isn’t right for you. My reputation is built on getting you results, not on filling appointment slots.
If I can’t help you, I’ll do my best to point you toward whoever can.
What actually happens on the first chiropractic visit?
The first visit is focused entirely on understanding what’s happening in your body.
We go through your history, I perform a detailed examination and assess how your spine and nervous system are functioning. Then we get started — your first adjustment happens the same day.
At your next visit — your Report of Findings — we review everything together. I explain what I found, what it means, and what the plan looks like going forward.
Do I need maintenance or preventive care?
Not everyone needs ongoing maintenance — it depends on your lifestyle, your goals, and how your body responds to care.
That said, just like diet, exercise, and mental health — consistency produces better long-term results than waiting until something breaks down. A monthly check-up can prevent small issues becoming the kind of problem that takes months to correct.
It’s always easier to maintain your health than to recover it once it’s lost. If maintenance makes sense for your case, I’ll recommend it. If it doesn’t, I won’t.
The longer a structural problem goes unaddressed, the more the body adapts around it. Those adaptations take longer to correct than the original problem. The best time to start was a year ago. The second best time is now.
