Practice Policies – Timler Kiro Quiropraxia Gonstead

At Timler Kiro |Quiropraxia Gonstead, my goal is to provide you with precise, effective, and professional care in a respectful environment. These guidelines help ensure that every visit runs smoothly and maintains the highest standard of service.

Appointments & Cancellations

– All sessions are by appointment only.
– Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; for Initial Consultations, 48 hours’ notice is required.
– Arrive on time — ideally 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to respect the next patient’s time.
– Same-day bookings for new patients are not available.

Conduct

– I maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment at all times.
– Aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
– Please keep mobile devices silent during your session.
– Photography or recording is only allowed with my permission.

Payments

1. Payment for the Initial Consultation (including consultation and exam) is made on the day of your first visit.
2. A pre-payment may be requested for Initial Consultations; this will be deducted from the total. If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or unattended, the pre-payment is non-refundable.
3. Optimization Plans (adjustment packages) must be settled before starting, according to the agreed payment option.
4. Accepted payment methods: Cash (euros), MB Way, and bank transfer.
5. For bank transfers, please send proof of payment to timlerkiro@gmail.com. Payment is confirmed only once the transfer has been successfully completed.
6. Invoices are sent via email by default; printed copies are available upon request.

Animals

– Well-behaved pets are welcome but must remain on a short leash or in a carrier and stay out of the treatment area.
– Service dogs are always welcome.

Changes to Policies and Procedures

Our policies and procedures may be updated at any time to reflect best practices and ensure the highest standard of care.

By attending appointments, you agree to follow the current policies in effect on the day of your visit. This keeps care consistent, fair, and aligned with our standards of excellence.
